Film & Video - A great film lab for black and white film.
They offer very reasonable prices and quick turnaround time. I do
think that their website may be out of date, so you might want to
telephone using the number given on their home-page for accurate
pricing. I generally deal with them by mail and they have never
disappointed me.
Lost in Light - A project about 8mm film. Their objective is to rescue 8mm and Super 8 films from attics, basements, and wherever they receive them from before they are forever lost. The project is supposed to be up-and-running by January of 2007. You will be able to send in your old films and have them transferred to high-quality video for free. In exchange the group will archive them on their site and share them with other 8mm enthusiasts. The trailer on this site is absolutely brilliant and moving for those of us with a passion for these small films. They are currently accepting donations toward their goal of $1500 for the purchase of the necessary equipment. I'm definitely keeping this site on my radar. Super 8
